U.S. Shipping

Standard Shipping: $8.00 — 5–10 business days
Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $70 or more
Express Shipping: $15.00 — 2–5 business days

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Carrier-calculated rates (USPS, DHL, FedEx) are shown at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Supplier-fulfilled items (All Media Supply, Alliance Entertainment) may have slightly different processing times. Learn more.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by visiting our Order Tracking page.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
