Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• New vinyl records must remain factory sealed and unopened.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Opened or unsealed vinyl records

• Limited edition or final sale items

• Pre-order items (unless canceled before shipment, where permitted)

• Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address].

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the item and packaging

We'll review your request promptly and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, where applicable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
