Named after his song from the 1993 debut EP, Too Dark To See is the first-ever anthology of Savage's solo and collaborative work - 24 tracks tracing a remarkable arc from the intimate and elegiac to the wry, unguarded and quietly transcendent. From folk reinterpretations like 'Fair and Tender Ladies' and '1000 Days' to the piano-led expansiveness of 'The Cross' and 'These Are The Waves,' the anthology honours Savage not only as a Bad Seed but as a deeply influential songwriter in his own right.
